The Confidence Lab (Shape Up Mentoring Project)
A public speaking and confidence-building mentoring programme for secondary school girls.
Delivered across three sessions at Nigerian Tulip International Colleges, The Confidence Lab combined public speaking practice, confidence journaling, and peer coaching, culminating in an inter-team debate and mentorship pairings with Hub members. 24 mentees completed the programme with 95% average attendance.
