Queen is an International Development professional at Adam Smith International where she manages private sector development programmes across investment promotion, business environment reform and urban development on behalf of DFID, FCO and World Bank.

She was an Economist at PwC and served as a Project Finance Analyst at the Nigerian Export-Import Bank. As a consultant at UNESCO, Queen assessed mechanisms for financing equitable and quality education in developing countries. Queen has an MPA in Public and Economic Policy from the London School of Economics and a Certificate in Impact Investing from University of Oxford. She is an Acumen West Africa Fellow.
